Wainbee supplies state-of-the-art solutions using components from Parker’s Electronic Controls Division trade named IQAN and VANSCO. The microcontrollers provide control, power and monitoring of all mobile machine functions. They are also well suited to harsh environment industrial applications.
Our components can communicate to engines and transmissions using the SAE J1939 standard. Communication from controller to controller and other devices is via an integrated CAN (Controller Area Network). Wainbee also uses multicolour displays, such as the MDL2 to relay information to the machine operator and display user specified machine operating conditions.
IQAN programs with a high level graphical design tool that simplifies development and is easy to use. Control system simulation is integrated into the programming environment. VANSCO programs with an enhanced version of the industrial standard ladder logic. VANSCO microcontroller modules have the ability to directly power many machine functions such as headlights and warning sirens. Barksdale pressure transducers add to the wide assortment of sensors available to control virtually any machine variable.
