VB3D Diverter Ball Valves
The BV3D Series is a 3-way diverter. The product is rated at 207 Bar (3,000 PSI) and designed to economically satisfy many 3-way applications. The BV3D Series operated by rotating the handle 90° or 180° depending on the chosed ball patern. There is a slight port to port overlap.
- 207 Bar (3,000 PSI) maximum pressure
- Carbon steel, black oxide body material
- Steel, chrome plated ball material
- Operating temperatures of -30°C to +100°C
- The standard L-bore ball and T-bore option allows the valve to be utilized in a variety of applications
- Slight port overlap reduces upstream shock during shifting
- Utilizing the unique spindle thrust bearing design reduces actuation torque
- The BV3D can be panel mounted which allows a variety of installation options.
- Delrin seals with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) results in lower actuation torque and will increase high duty life cycle expectancy.

BV3H & BV4H
The BV3H and BV4H Series are true 3-way and 4-way high pressure valves, incorporation many of the advanced features of the 2-way product. This product comes in steel and is rated at 414 Bar (6,000 PSI).
- Ports range from 1/4" to 2"
- 414 Bar (6,000 PSI) maximum pressure
- Carbon steel, zinc oxide body material
- Standard pattern "l" Bore (3W) and "T" Bore (4W)
- Operating temperatures of -30°C to +100°C
- Three dimensional balanced sealing for near zero leakage in any circuit
- The unique thrust bearing spindle design reduces actuation torque and reduces the chance of the valve seizing when inactive for periods of time
- A variety of ball patterns allows flexibility in many applications
- Spindle Seals O-Rings + Bearing Stacks Special seal design enables high port to port DP application suitability.

BVAH High Pressure Valves
The BVAH Series is a 414 Bar (6,000 PSI) ball valve with ports from 1¼" to 2". The BVAH Series is a 2-way shut-off valve to use in those applications with large ports. A variety of porting options are available including threaded, SAE 4-bolt flange, split flange and a combination of the two. Parker's 2-way ball valves operate to either off or full flow by rotating the handle 90°. Ball valves are not designed to be a metering or flow control device.
- 414 Bar (6,000 PSI) maximum pressure
- Carbon steel, black oxide body material
- Steel, zinc plated stem material
- Operating temperature of -30°C to +100°C
- Thrust bearings and synthetic lubrication in the spindle results in one of the lowest torque requirements in the industry
- A wide variety of porting options and mounting options make the BVAH suitable for all mounting applications

BVAL Premium Suction Line Ball Valves
Series PRDM are direct operated pressure reducing valves that are used to regulate pressure in one area of a hydraulic circuit at a predetermined level below normal system pressure. Additionally, an integral pressure relieving function for the secondary reduced pressure circuit is incorporated into the design.
- PRDM Manapak sandwich valves may be selected to reduce pressure in the 'P' port, 'A' port or 'B' port.
- The direct operated, cushioned piston design results in fast response, low leakage and minimal hysteresis.
- Up to four pressure adjustment ranges are available with maximum pressure settings of 25, 64, 160 and 210 Bar (363, 928, 2320, 3045 PSI).
- Options include: A choice of two adjustment styles, three seal materials and four gage port sizes.

|
BVAM Medium Pressure Valves
PRM Series reducing valves are used to regulate pressure, in one area of a circuit, below normal system pressure. The Manapak style valve is well suited to perform this function as it mounts directly below the directional control valve.
- 138 Bar (2,000 PSI) maximum pressure
- Steel, chrome plated ball material
- Carbon steel, black oxide body material
- Operating temperature from -30°C to +100°C
- A full range of threaded porting options allows mounting in most applications
- The wide range of spindle and ball sealing materials allows for use in most known fluid applications
- The use of MoS2 mounted ball seals and synthetic lubricant creates a low actuation torque and ensures long life.

BVHH High Pressure Ball Valves
The BVHH Series is used for shut-off applications and is rated at 993 Bar or 14,400 PSI. These valves represent the strongest ball valve in the industry. The BVHH comes in ports 1/2" to 2" and SAE, NPT and BSPP ports. Parker's 2-way ball valves operate to either off or full flow by rotating the handle 90°. Ball valves are not designed to be a metering or flow control device.
- 993 Bar (14,400 PSI) maximum pressure
- Carbon steel body material
- Steel, chromeplated ball material
- Operating temperatures of -30°C to +100°C Stem Material Steel, Zinc Plated Standard Handle Steel Offset, Nickel Plated Ball Seals Delrin + MoS2 Spindle Seals O-Ring & Backup, Nitrile
- Encased Delrin moly ball seals increase the reliability compared to ring reinforcement designs.
- The BVHH is fully ported resulting in very low pressure drop.
- Nitrile seals are standard with fluorocarbon and EPR as options.
- The BVHH is available with options found in the 404 Bar (6000 PSI) models.
