Pressure Control Valves

Counterbalance Pressure Control Valves
B Series counterbalance valves provide resistance to fluid flow and act as energy absorbers to balance inertia or static weight.
- Max. Operating Pressure: 3000 PSI (205 Bar)
- Min. Pressure Setting: 150 PSI min. (with exception of 1-1/4" valve only) at max. flow, 150 SSU oil, and fluid temperature of 100°F (38°C)

High Pressure Control Valves
Parker's Series "R" and "RS" valve limits system pressure by opening to tank when system pressure reaches the valve setting.
Parker's Series "PR" pressure reducing valve regulates pressure in one or more areas of a hydraulic circuit independent of the main pressure valve.
Parker's Series "S" sequence valve permits flow to a secondary circuit leg after a pilot pressure signal reaches the valve and is sustained in a primary circuit leg.

PR Series pressure reducing valves are used to regulate pressure in one or more areas of a hydraulic circuit independent of the main pressure relief valve.

Pressure Control Relief Valves
The R2P Series direct operated relief valves are used primarily as remote control valves. When used in remote control applications, they are connected to the vent port of pilot operated relief valve.

PSB Series Electrohydraulic Pressure Switches
Parker Series PSB Electrohydraulic Pressure Switches are high performance devices that provide an electrical signal when sensed pressure rises above or falls below the selected setting. Maximum operating pressure is 315 Bar (4560 PSI) for all models.

Sequence Pressure Control Valves
S Series sequence valves function as pressure sensoring logic valves inasmuch as they permit flow only after a pilot pressure signal reaches the valve and is sustained. A set pressure must be reached and maintained in a primary circuit leg before flow is made available to a secondary leg.
- Max. Operating Pressure: 3000 PSI (205 Bar)
- 150 PSI min. (with exception of 1-1/4" valve) at max. flow, 150 SSU oil, and fluid temperature of 100°F (38°C)
- Must be externally drained

Unloading Pressure Control Valves
ULR Series unloading valves are used to divert pump flow to tank when system demand is low.
- Max. Operating Pressure: 3000 PSI (205 Bar)
- Min. Pressure Setting: 150 PSI min. (with exception of 1-1/4" valve) at rated flow, 150 SSU oil, and fluid temperature of 100°F (38°C)
UR Series unloading valves act to limit maximum system pressure and to unload the pump at maximum pressure allowing the accumulator to maintain system pressure until pressure drops to 85 percent of maximum.
