Monitored Valves

Fluidsentry's patented monitored valve technology is primarily designed as an interface between the fluid power operation & electrical safety circuits of machinery. Their dual monitored safety valve systems are suitable for category 4 applications in accordance with EN954-1 & AS4024.1 Wainbee offers the complete range of Fluidsentry's pneumatic and hydraulic safety monitored valves.

Monitored Pneumatic Safety Valves (all pneumatic valves at-a-glance)

Directional control valves for pneumatic safety conditions with static seals, mounted on a safety manifold configured for three port two position operation. Each valve incorporates a two-pole positive driven plunger switch with positive opening contact. All models come with coils, silencers and monitoring leads.

Pressure Switches - HPS Series (Hydraulic & Pneumatic)

Monitors consist of a non-adjustable pre-set between 3 and 6 psi switch over on depressurization and 15 psi switch over on rising pressure.
The pressure monitor incorporates a two-pole positive driven plunger type switch with positive opening contact pre-approved to category 4 safety applications.
A single pressure monitor is suitable for category 2 applications when used in conjunction with another safety function.
Two independent units are suitable for pressure monitoring in category 3 or 4 applications.
Applications include: safety pressure monitoring, confirmation of accumulator bleed off for guard access pre-conditions, back pressure detection and process control.
