Create Your Wainbee Online Account

Follow these quick steps to get set up. Once approved, you can log in and start ordering, manage users, view company credit, and more.

  1. Navigate to the Wainbee website

Go to https://www.wainbee.com/. On the top right, click “My Account” > “Create an Account.”

  2. Enter your company information

You’ll be taken to a form to fill out your company details. If you’ll be placing orders online, add your information as the Company Administrator.

Note about Credit Application: You’ll also see a credit application option. This is only for customers who do not yet have credit terms with Wainbee. If you already have approved terms, you don’t need to complete this form—your terms will be applied to your new online account.
  3. Submit your application

After entering the appropriate information, click “Submit.”

  4. Check your email for a password invitation

Once submitted, the Company Administrator will receive an email inviting them to create a password.

  5. Create your password and sign in

Click the link in the email to sign in and create your password.

After setting your password, you’ll see a confirmation message on the screen.
  6. Account approval

Our sales team will review your request. When approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your account is active—this is your sign to log in and start shopping.

  7. Explore B2B features in “My Account”

Once active, you can create orders, build requisition lists, add favourites, view online order history, update account info, and see company credit—all from My Account.

See the full list of features here: eCommerce Features & Benefits

  8. If your account isn’t approved yet

If you attempt to log in before approval, you may see: “Your account is not yet approved. If you have questions, please contact the seller.”

We strive to approve online accounts within 24 hours on weekdays. Activation may be delayed by weekends or holidays.
