Parker's instrumentation manifolds designed typically for remote installation to pressure or differential pressure (flow) measurement devices in a host of critical applications. The prime purpose is to assist the operation, maintenance, calibration and service of those devices, with functionality including block & bleed, double block & bleed, isolate & calibrate, isolate & vent/drain/bleed, isolate and equalise.

Parker's remote mount instrument manifolds are available in 2, 3 and 5-valve configurations in pressure ratings up to 6,000 psi (414 bar) and 10,000 psi (689 bar) and in a wide range of materials.
These manifolds are designed to meet the pressure and temperature ratings of ANSI B16.34 Class 2500/Class 4500 as applicable, limited only by selection of gland packing materials. Conformity to the recommendations of MSS SP-99 is also assured.

Parker's manifolds are available with a wide array of connection types and sizes. For the ultimate in safety, reliability, speed, and ease of installation all manifolds can be specified with integral tube connections utilising Parker A-LOK® (Two Ferrule) or CPITM (Single Ferrule) compression fitting technologies. This will also ultimately reduce overall user costs.
As standard, these remote mount manifolds are offered with Parker's unique PTFree connectTM style solutions to outlet connections and other ports (such as vent). The PTFree connect™ system enables users to assemble tube lines to any of the manifold ports without the need for PTFE tape or liquid sealant. Manifolds can also be supplied with male connectors using the same thread form as the PTFree connect™. They are provided factory fitted, pin locked and tested.
